The intense taste of purest sugar cane juice, distilled in an ancient column still on wood fire and aged for so many years in the Bourbon barrel selectopn of the Aædea distillery, makes this spirit the right choice. No more than 2 barrels from this great “Mother-rum” we can obtain from Jose & Santi, as they are very provident with thir vintage spirits from the old day. We are proud to load these barrels on board and give them their last 6 month at sea, before they enter your glass, with pleasure!
