Illusionist Dry Gin bliver destilleret i et hjemmebygget destillationsapparat lavet af kobber og laboratorieglas. En blomst fra Fjernøsten bliver tilsat under destillationen og giver ginnen dens blå farve. Både basisdestillat og botanicals er af høf kvalitet og ginnen er ufiltreret. Illusionist Dry Gin er velbalanceret og multidimensional med en langvarig aroma. Smagsnoter: 16 botanicals giver Illustionist varme aromaer af enebær, muskatblomme og lakrids der bliver afrundet af blomster noter af lavendel og rosmarin. Den har en frugtig finish med hints af citron og appelsin.

FLOWER POWER AND THE VALUE OF RECOGNITION

The Illusionist Distillery was founded in 2015 by Max the dentist and Tim the economist in Munich, Germany. Their mission was to create a gin pushing boundaries in terms of flavor and appearance. The distillery is home to a handcrafted potstill made from copper and laboratory glassware. After numerous trial distillations the final recipe was found, convincing with warm fragrances of juniper, mace and licorice. A total of 16 botanicals is giving this gin floral notes of lavender and rosemary, and a fruity finish reminding of lemons and oranges.

The gin is unfiltered to keep the full range of aromas. As a reesult, Illusionist Dry gin is well-balanced and multidimensional with a lingering aromas.

The deep blue color derives from a secret flower from Far East which is added during the distillation process. In combination with tonics or other mixers the color will change from purple to pink. This effect ensures a unique drinking experience and creates an enourmous value of recognition
