Nose: Very intense, it starts on coffee, vanilla
and fudge followed by peach, orange
peel, banana, cooked pear, walnut and
cocoa.
Palate: Oily and tangy, quince, citrus peel and
coconut, followed by balsam and
cinnamon.
Finish: Very long on smoky molasses, cocoa,
almond, cherry, apple and cloves.
