Further Maturation: 1 year in acacia (ex-Ferrand) cask 400L, which brings a freshness and complexity to the rum.

Nose: Woody, vanilla and coconut, exotic fruits, bouquet of flowers, light caraway, beehive, light green notes

Palate: Fresh and dry, almonds and roasted peanuts, light brandy and encaustic notes, honey, flowery undertones.

Finale: Dry vanilla, old wood notes, dark chocolate.
