TASTING NOTES

Nose : Very lively, it starts with extremely fruity profile of flambéed pineapple, banana, juicy pear, and lime zest. It then evolves on wax, rose, captor, walnut.

Palate : Similar to the nose with deep notes of molasses followed by cooked apple with spice notes such as nutmeg, curry, and vanilla, and herbal notes such as sage and lemongrass. It the becomes a little sour, very dynamic, with chocolate, bitter orange, figs, sweet popcorn, and peppermint notes.
